By using luduai.com or the services of Ludu AI ("we", "us"), you ("Client") agree to these terms. Ludu AI helps e-commerce businesses select, set up, integrate, and manage third-party AI tools (customer support, sales, revenue operations). The Services are for businesses; you confirm you are 18+ and authorized to act for your business. We are based in Türkiye and serve clients worldwide.

Plans & refunds. Prices shown on the site are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled; taxes are yours. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period. As work is delivered each period, monthly fees are non-refundable (including unused time) unless required by law. Third-party tool fees are included in your monthly plan fee. Contact us before any chargeback.

Your responsibilities. You will give timely access and accurate information, hold all rights and legal bases for us and the integrated tools to process your and your customers' data, and follow all laws applying to your business. Delays from missing access, wrong information, or third-party tools aren't our responsibility.

Third-party tools & results. Third-party AI tools follow their vendors' terms and availability; we aren't responsible for their accuracy, output, uptime, or changes. Any figures or benchmarks are illustrative only — we guarantee no specific revenue, sales, conversion, or growth.

Intellectual property. Our logo, brand, content, and methodology are owned by Ludu AI; we grant you a limited right to use the deliverables we provide for your internal business, and you keep your own data and materials.

Privacy. We collect what you provide (name, company, email, phone, messages), billing data, cookie/technical data, and data within systems you give us access to — used to deliver the Services, process payments, and meet legal duties. We don't sell your data and share it only with confidential providers, advisors, where legally required, or a successor; you stay responsible for data in your systems. We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (generally during our relationship and up to 10 years where the law requires us to retain records), then delete or anonymize it. Subject to your location (incl. GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK) you may access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to your data, or withdraw consent — email info@luduai.com. Security is reasonable but not absolute; the site uses controllable cookies and isn't for under-18s.

Liability & law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business. In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the relevant claim arose. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, the data or content you share, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms. We may suspend or terminate the Services in the event of breach, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as power or internet outages, war, government action, or third-party service interruptions). We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are reserved. The invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
